Wire Mesh Conveyor Wheel Blast Systems

OMSG model CWB blast systems are equipped with a wear-resistant wire mesh conveyor belt. Their continuous operation allows the systems to be easily integrated into fully automated production processes.
The parts to be treated are loaded on a highly wear-resistant wire mesh belt in a systematic and controlled way. The belt continuously circulates through the blast system for the components to be blasted in a single pass.
The conveyor feed speed can be infinitely adjusted to the specific requirements, and the blast wheels are positioned in a way that allows the abrasive to impact on the components from different directions to ensure full and even coverage of the entire component surface.
The systems can be adapted to a wide variety of applications. Different conveyor widths, the number of blast wheels and their variable power range as well as dedicated loading devices allow to perform a multitude of tasks and to meet your specific requirements regarding quality, throughput and automation.
